For this project, I created a concise executive summary with clear, measurable content goals aligned with the business's objectives. I conducted a content audit, including owned and non-owned platforms with examples, and performed a content gap analysis to identify opportunities for new content. I provided insights into current content and gaps, and proposed content ideas with keywords and SEO-optimized headlines to support campaign objectives.
I developed a multi-channel content plan for the largest used book retailer in Arizona, Bookman's, including a blog post, Facebook post, Instagram post, YouTube video outline and description, tweet, TikTok outline, and LinkedIn post.
